Once you have selected your objects in the Object Picker, you can set local options for container objects. A container object is any object with a child object such as a folder, OU, or share.
2. Click Options and proceed as follows:
OUs, domains, or containers Data is collected for the parent object container and the first level child objects.This is the default value. Data is collected for the parent object container and all children below it. Folders or shares
• Select the level of recursion you want to apply to this folder. The default value is All Levels.
• If you want to include folders, select Collect Folders and enter the folder name to match.Click to select a filter mode of either regular expressions or wildcards, or a predefined common expression. You can then further define your search criteria by entering the parameters you want, or by clicking to select from a list of the most common parameters.Note: If you do not enter a value, all folders are collected.Tip: Using expressions and wildcards allows you to narrow the focus of the search, making it much more efficient in terms of processing and performance.
• If you want to include files, select Collect Files and enter the file name to match.Click to select a filter mode of either regular expressions or wildcards, or a predefined common expression. You can then further define your search criteria by entering the parameters you want, or click to select from a list of the most common parameters.Note: If you do not enter a value, all files are collected. If you select this option you must also specify the recursion level.
3. Click OK to return to the Object Picker.
